fucknuts

What evil fearie is stealing my hardware? This is three times in the last five days that I took something apart, and when I went to reassemble it, one piece of hardware was missing. I seldom left the areas in which I was working. I looked everywhere. On the floor. Underneath nearby equipment or furniture. In my pockets. In other pieces of equipment. I don't get it. I always start out well. When I start disassembling, I set the screws and nuts somewhere carefully. Then at the end when I start having trouble, I lose track of things. But still... how far could they have gone?

No, what's Blu-Tak?

And I don't have cuffed pants, but I'll keep that in mind.

Surely they sell Blu-Tak in the US - must be under some other name. It's blue, and it's slightly sticky, hence the name. Commonly used to stick posters to walls. Consistency is a bit like chewing gum, but not so sticky. Here's a the only picture I found (the flat packets on the right):

Yeah, they have stuff liek that here. The problem is, I just forget to be careful about where they go. They stay where I put them. I lose the ones that I forget to put. Blu-Tack or no.
