Bush prepares for war

Is that it? What aren't they telling us? Is this just for show, in the hopes that Afghanistan will back down? I'd like to remain optimistic that that is the result that the administration is hoping for, but I know that if they do not give us bin Laden, we will attack. But what sort of attack?

"A factor that could keep retaliation on hold is that the United States has lost track of bin Laden’s location in Afghanistan."

maybe you don't appreciate what your country has done for the world but I do. Every time there's a natural disaster you Americans are the first to offer aid. How many firefighters from the rest of the world showed up for your forest fires? Your midwest gets dozens of tornadoe. Your west coast had a big earthquake. Who offer aid for you?
When Chernobyl blew up, Americans engineers were on the first planes over to give advice. And you were at war with the Russians. When 3 Mile Island blew up did any Russians show up? You Americans may do bad in the world but you always at least try to make good.
Your blacks cry about slavery but forget that a greater percentage of Americans boy died for their freedom in your civil war than the percentage in any other war. You Americans died twice in Europe and didn't ask for one scrap of land when everyone else was helping themselves to our country. Even while you were hanging Nazis you were feeding the German and teaching them Democracy.
Only three years after setting Berlin on fire you sent plane not to drop bombs but candy food and coal because the greedy Russians wanted the city for itself. When they put up a wall, you didn't run, your president walked right up to the wall and said 'I am with you. I am one of you'. Your Ronald Reagan dared the Russians to tear it down and a few years later they did. I hear you Americans complain about 'peacekeeping' mission but you stayed in Europe for fifty years and now I am in freedom.
With all the bloodshed of Vietnam, all Ho Chi Minh had to do was sign a peace of paper for you to leave and you left having done your duty. Ho Chi Minh then stabbed you in the back by invading South Vietnam sending thousands of boat people to flee which you generously took in. Osama Bin Laden was given US aid to help get the Russians out of Afganistan and look how he's repaid your kindness.
I am crying because my best friend was raped and brutalised and left for dead for all the world to see and all I hear from the Muslims is their whining because people point fingers at them. Whining that they might lose their porcelain collection to American bombs attack. But they can go to their precious Mecca and not fear that it won't be there. They can throw their 39 stones at the devil while you American are placing stones on your dead. I don't think it's too much to ask that they part with some of their oil money to help a people in need for once, seeing as how you liberated their sorry asses.
Even when you fuck up big time, it's on your news for all to see. In the old East Germany they had to hide the scaffolding on apartment buildings in Berlin under repair for shoddy construction so FŸhrur Honneker wouldn't be reminded what a fuck up his country is when he drove from his Stasi guarded sub-urban 'compound' to work. Which is another thing you don't appreciate - you can visit your president's house, we couldn't get within a kilometre of ours.
I want to shake you to realize what a precious gift your country is to the world. As the song went 'She may stumble but she ain't never fell!'

I'm sorry if I'm preachy and crabby but I'm off my painkillers which I must take so my blood will be good enough to donate. My friend Zo‘ lied to the Red Cross about her heart pacemaker so they could have another pint...
I tied a little Amerikan flag to or porch column. To make it stay I took an elastic from my favourite jumper...
